A Gifted Hands Home Inspection is an objective examination of your prospective building and/or property to assure you that its condition meets with your approval before you close your real estate transaction.

Different people have different needs, this goes for the type of property as well, and different properties have different requirements and purposes, Such as residential, rental villas and commercial properties. We offer three levels of inspection which can be applied to any home or property.
1. Visual inspection. This is a visual inspection to point out areas of concern and area that should be remedied or investigated further.
2. Investigative inspection. This is investigating into the areas that have been noted in the visual inspection once agreed upon by the owner, if the problem does not have an obvious or calculated reason behind it.
3. Physical inspection. In this level of inspection any areas that were discovered to have a potential problem during the investigative stage are now tested and tried under heavy working conditions to ensure that they function as they should.
